For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank's Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.

Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts/lots, as further defined in the request for bids document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (UGX 100,000) . The method of payment will be through obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the cashier on 5th Floor, Embassy House and pay at the designated Bank. On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the address at (10) given below or sent by email as may be preferred by the bidder.

Bids must be delivered to the address below under (10) on or before 11:00am on 19th November, 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below under (10) at 11:15am on 19th November 2026 .
