The Government of the Republic of Madagascar has obtained a credit from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Multimodal Transport and Logistics Project (PTML) and intends to use part of the sums granted under this financing to make payments provided for under the contract Supply of two (02) prefabricated incinerators (means of combating bird strike hazards). 2.

The PTML Project Coordination Unit / Airports of Madagascar (ADEMA) solicits closed bids from eligible bidders meeting the required qualifications to provide the supply of two (02) prefabricated incinerators (means of combating bird strike hazards). The execution period is ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE (105) DAYS after the Service Order to begin services. Inspections and tests will be carried out at the final destination locations (Toamasina Airport and Tolagnaro Airport).

The warranty period will be twelve (12) months after delivery. No margin of preference is granted under this Request for Quotations. 3.

The procedure will be conducted by national competitive bidding using a Request for Quotations as defined in the "World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" seventh edition, September 2025. 4. Eligible and interested bidders may obtain information from the Multimodal Transport and Logistics Project (PTML), located on the Ground Floor, Project House, Road Agency Compound in Alarobia, 101 Antananarivo and inspect the Request for Quotations during office hours from 08:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the address mentioned below.

5. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain a complete quotation document in French in electronic version by making a written request to the address mentioned below. 6.

Quotations must be submitted to the following address: Multimodal and Logistics Transport Project (PTML), Ground Floor, Project House, Road Agency Compound in Alarobia 101 Antananarivo no later than September 18 2026 at 10:00 a.m., local time. The submission of quotations by electronic means will not be authorized. Late quotations will not be accepted.

Quotations must be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the deadline set for the submission of quotations. Quotations will be opened immediately after the quotation submission deadline, in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend at the address mentioned below. 7.
